through Memorial Health Employer Services, our Health & Wellness Team,
and our Rehabilitation Department.
Who We Are
The qualified staff providing these services includes trained RNs, LPNs,
Medical Secretaries, Physical and Occupational Therapists and Assistants,
Registered Dietitians, Health Educators, Wellness Coaches, Management,
Industrial Medicine Nurses, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Physicians.

Outpatient X-Ray
An outpatient X-Ray is conveniently located at 695 West 2nd Street, Suite
A2 in Jasper as a part of Memorial Orthopaedic Associates. This convenient
service offers prompt X-Ray imaging to any patient needing an X-Ray with
an order from their medical provider.
