Financial Gifts
Financial gifts help us to enhance patient care, stay on the cutting edge of medical advancements, provide health services for those in need and award scholarships to future healthcare heroes. The best part is that you have the ability to choose exactly where your money goes and determine its impact. Some ways to make a financial gift include:
- Making a donation directly online (Donate Now) or by mailing a check
- Making a long-term financial gift through legacy planning
- Donating non-cash gifts such as stocks, mutual funds, etc.
- Becoming a corporate partner
- Making a tribute gift in someone’s honor or memory

If mailing a check, please make payable to: Memorial Hospital Foundation and mail to: Memorial Hospital Foundation | 800 West 9th Street, Jasper, IN 47546. You may designate your gift to a specific fund by indicating that designation in the memo line.

"Caught You Caring" Gifts
to Honor Hospital Caregivers
Professional accolades, awards, and exceptional ratings have become the standard at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center, and we are thankful for the recognition our hospital and caregivers receive each day. However, do you know the highest form of flattery our hospital team can receive? It is the expressions of gratitude from patients, their caregivers, and families for the exceptional care provided at our hospital.
The Memorial Hospital Foundation is excited to introduce the "Caught
You Caring Campaign" for patient and family gifts of gratitude. This
program allows our patients and families to easily recognize and say "Thank
You" to MHHCC caregivers who go the extra mile at our hospital or
clinics by donating to the Memorial Hospital Foundation in the caregiver's
honor. Funds donated will be designated to the caregiver's home unit or
their unit of choice, and they will be recognized within their department
and hospital-wide for being "caught caring."
Whether it's a nurse who was there through the good and the bad, a physician who answered your questions with detail, a greeter who made you smile, or a housekeeper who went the extra mile, we believe our MHHCC caregivers are the very best. We urge you to share your gratitude by making a gift today to say, "Caught You Caring!" Your contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference and show our caregivers that their efforts are truly appreciated.

If you're unsure of the caregiver's name, please specify the area of the hospital you'd like to recognize. Rest assured, your privacy is our priority, so please refrain from including any private or personal information or diagnoses with your gift.

Charitable Estate Gifts
Donations may also include estate planning tools such as charitable trusts, gift annuities, gifts-in-kind, bonds, mutual funds, real estate and other types of estate gifts.
