What screenings will be included?

  • Basic Screening ($45)
    • Blood Pressure, Height & Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Cholesterol Ratio, Triglycerides, Blood Glucose, Chemistry Panel lab test, and Tobacco status. Needle draw (venipuncture) is used to obtain blood for Lipid Profile and Chemistry tests.
  • An optional PSA screening ($22) (blood test) will also be available to men 50 and older or those at a high risk for prostate cancer.
  • An optional colon cancer take-home screening kit ($9) will also be available. Colon screening is recommended annually for adults 50 and older.
  • Optional A1C ($20), CBC ($14), and TSH ($14) blood tests will also be available

When/Where? Thursday, January 18th from 0600-0800 am

Note: All times are Eastern Time unless otherwise noted.

Do I need to fast? Yes—12 hours. Take medication as prescribed. (We will schedule individuals with diabetes early if requested.)

Drinking water is permitted.

Why do screenings? To keep you informed of your health status. To encourage you to practice healthy habits. To monitor improved health from year to year.

How long does it take? About 15 minutes. Appointments will be made every 10 minutes.
