This beginner-level class is basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, but stepping up onto a low bench platform. It is set to fun, invigorating music with easy to learn choreography, and provides a full-body workout to really tone your lower body. Expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping while raising your heart rate, and burning major calories. Abdominal core, and upper body strength exercises finish out the last 20 minutes of this 60 minute class.
