Deaconess and Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center's Board of Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Miller as its new Chief Administrative Officer and Deaconess Indiana Region President.

Keith brings over 17 years of healthcare leadership experience to the role. He most recently served as CEO of Lawrence County Memorial Hospital, a Deaconess affiliate in Illinois. His background includes executive positions at Daviess Community Hospital and Ascension St. Vincent, where he focused on strategic development, operations management and clinical excellence. He also worked as a flight paramedic.

Lynn Lingafelter, President of the Hospitals Division of Deaconess, expressed enthusiasm about the appointment.

"Keith Miller's track record of leadership in both rural and urban healthcare settings makes him an ideal fit for Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center,” Lynn said. “His experience in strategic growth, operational excellence and community engagement aligns perfectly with Memorial's mission to provide high-quality, compassionate healthcare to the communities we serve. We're confident that under Keith's leadership, Memorial Hospital will continue to thrive and expand its services to meet the evolving needs of the region."

Keith holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Health Services from the University of Southern Indiana. He is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network and the Illinois Hospital Association Rural Hospital Committee.

"I am honored to join the exceptional team at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center," Keith said. "The hospital has a strong reputation for delivering outstanding patient care, and I look forward to building on this foundation. Together, we will work to enhance healthcare services, foster innovation and strengthen our community partnerships."
