A patient portal is a secure messaging system that allows you to communicate with your healthcare provider’s office online and is available to you 24/7 through a secure login. We are pleased to offer these online services to our patient families:
- Appointment requests (not same-day appointments)
- Prescription refill requests
- Ask a billing or non-urgent clinical question
- Online form submission
- On-line bill pay
How do I get a patient portal account?
If you had an active account in our previous patient portal, you should have been sent an invite asking you to register for our new patient portal. If you did not receive this email invite, be sure to ask a staff member to send you an invite the next time you have an appointment or call the office and ask them to send you an invite.
I don't have an email address, how do I get one?
There are many free email services available to use. Any email service is compatible with MyHealth. If you are looking to create a free email account, some of the more established email providers are:
How do I access my patient information when I log onto the portal?
Once you log into the portal, you will be able to see your health information. You will also have the opportunity to request an
appointment, see future appointments, ask non-urgent clinical questions, renew prescriptions, and pay your bill electronically.
What forms do I need to fill out on the portal?
You will need to fill out a new patient health history form if you are a new patient, or an established health history form if you are a current patient at one of our clinics.
What if I need assistance with my password or other issues with the Patient Portal?
On the Patient Portal login page, there is a Portal Help Center at the top of the page. Clicking on this option will enable you to get assistance with signing up for the portal, user ID and password issues, etc. There is also the option of a live chat with a Medfusion Patient Portal representative to assist you with your needs.
